Hummus and pesto dips with green juice

Having friends over? Get a tasty dip ready. Or even better: make it yourself! In no time, you can whip up a delicious hummus or pesto. And with the secret ingredient, Orangefit’s green juice, you turn it into a vitamin-packed treat. Double the fun!

Ingredients

For the hummus:

500 grams of chickpeas
6 cloves of garlic
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons of tahini
4 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 scoop of green juice

For the pesto:

250 grams of fresh basil
50 grams of fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic
50 grams of pine nuts
2 tablespoons of walnuts (or peanuts)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
80 ml of extra virgin olive oil
1 scoop of green juice

Instructions

Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
For the hummus, start by draining the chickpeas.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a dip.
