Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not have to have an account to order. But having an account does give you a lot of benefits.
How much is the cost of shipping?
In Europe the shipping is free from 60 euros. Under 60 euros you pay 5 euros shipping costs.
When can I choose a free gift?
You can choose a free gift with all orders above €75.
How can I redeem my discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can use it during the ordering process at the ‘Shopping cart’ step.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, only India!

When can I expect my order?
If you place an order on working days before 10:00 PM, it will be shipped the same working day. The average delivery time is 2-5 working days within Europe.
Can I track my order?
After you have placed an order you will receive a Track & Trace code from us that you can use to track your order.
Can I choose a PostNL or DHL pick-up point?
During the ordering process (at the step ‘Shipping options’) you can choose whether you want your order delivered at your home, at a PostNL or DHL pick-up point.
Can I choose a different shipping address?
